    • UNI EN 45545-2:2015 (fire testing of materials and components for trains): HL3 for R22 and R23.
    • UNI CEI 11170-3/05 and FA 2007 (reaction to fire): complies with all risk levels up to LR4 included.
    • DIN 5510-2:2009 (Reaction to fire).
    • NF X 70-100 – 1 and 2 (low toxicity of gases).
    • EN 11925-2/2002 (fire reaction with a single ignition source).
    • ISO 1307: tolerance on inner diameter and length.
    • DIN 7715 T4 S2: tolerance on wall thickness.

    CERTIFICATIONS

    Certificate “LAPI No. 1835.1IS0040/16 dated 02/11/2016”, test method: UNI EN 45545-2:2015.

    FITTING

    • By means of clamps, collars, pressed-in couplings or other systems needed by the equipment manufacturers.

    • Synthetic rubber, light colour, smooth.

    REINFORCEMENT

    • High strength plies of synthetic cord.

    COVER

    • EPDM rubber, resistant to abrasion, ozone and weather, blue colour, smooth (cloth finish).

    TEMPERATURE

    • From -40°C to +120°C.

    WORKING PRESSURE

    • 20 bar.

    SAFETY FACTOR

    • ≥ 3 times working pressure.

    SIZE TOLERANCES

    • Inner diameter: ISO 1307.
    • Wall Thickness: DIN 7715 T4 S2.
    • Length: ISO 1307.
