MTG Pharma is the division dedicated to the production of hoses for pharmaceutical use.
The Pharma range includes: high purity products, clean process hoses and products approved to be used in atex zones, hoses for pharmaceutical powders, compensator, peristaltic pumps, PFA coating fittings.
Part of the pharma division of MTG is occupied by the Cleanroom, set up with the aim of avoiding any form of environmental pollution that can alter the exceptional properties of the materials.
1000 sqm , is certified Class 8 In Operation according to ISO 14644-1. MTG can also ensure that the entire production process of cleanroom hoses takes place in Cleanroom.
The Cleanroom is dedicated to the production of semi-finished and finished products such as platinum cured silicone hoses and silicone hosees with perfluorinated material tubing.
Within the range of products for the pharmaceutical industry, MTG Pharma is able to offer a wide selection of complementary products as compensators, hoses for peristaltic pumps and hoses for pharmaceutical powders produced with special abrasion resistant polymers and with excellent mechanical properties.
All MTG Pharma hoses meet the most stringent national and international regulations of the food and pharmaceutical industry such as USP class VI, E.P. 3.1.9, ISO 10993 and EU Regulation 10/2011 where applicable.
The range includes by a wide selection of stainless steel fittings, fittings encapsulated with translucent or black antistatic PFA material of food grade FDA and pharmaceutical grade USP class VI. The perfluorinated material is perfectly anchored to the fitting in order to guarantee a high chemical and mechanical resistance even in suction and at high temperatures.
