Research and Development is one of the most valued assets of MTG. In the MTG laboratory, highly specialized engineers work for the formulation and development of raw materials and semi-finished products, including the fluoropolymer tubings, entirely produced and processed in the company.
COMPOUND TESTING
Great attention is paid to raw materials. The entire production process is carried out in MTG, and this means that the laboratory is in charge of testing all the compounds that our mixing center produces daily.
NEW HOSE DESIGNS
The research and development staff is also in charge of product development. Since one of MTG’s strong point is customized hoses, research is essential.
Developing ever new technical solutions allows to face the daily challenges and to increase the MTG experience and skills in the sector, foreviewing the needs of our customers.
PATENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS
Over the years, the research and development department has followed the patenting of MTG compounds and technologies and, upon request, can provide third-party certifications for both single compounds and various finished products.
Our hoses comply with USP Class VI, ISO 10993, European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9, EU Regulation no. 10/2011, BfR Recommendations, M.D. 21/03/73, FDA Standards, 3-A Sanitary Standards n.18-03-Class I and II, I 3-A Sanitary Standards n.20-27, Technische Universität München WEIHENSTEPHAN, and many others.
