Case Study: Customized Solution for DN500 Flexible Hose

When a client presented us with a particularly challenging request, our team seized the opportunity to demonstrate our expertise and capacity for innovation.

The client required a DN500 flexible rubber hose with very specific characteristics:  

• an extremely reduced bending radius 🌀 

• high operating temperature 🌡️ 

• resistance to negative pressures 💨 

• in addition to flanged vulcanized fittings at the ends 🔗 

Accepting the challenge, we worked closely with the client to develop a tailor-made solution.  
The result was a hose that not only met the requirement for a reduced bending radius but also ensured maximum efficiency and safety in daily use.
