- This is the perfect hose for use in distilleries and for processing beverages with a high alcohol content.
- The composition of the inner tube, odourless, tasteless and free from plasticizers, allows contamination-free transport of the fluid preserving its original organoleptic properties.
- MTG LIQUORFLEX/SD complies with the Regulations EC 1935/2004 and 2023/2006/EC (GMP).
- The MTG production cycle is free from animal derived ingredients, phthalates, adipates and materials subject to restrictions according to the current European Regulation EC 1907/2006 (REACH).
Construcion
TUBE
- UHMWPE (UPE – Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene), odourless and tasteless, light colour, mirror smooth.
- Food compliance in accordance with FDA Standards, D.M. 21/03/73 and following amendment, Reg. EU 10/2011.
REINFORCEMENT
- Plies of synthetic cord.
- Embedded steel helix wire and built-in copper wires.
COVER
- Synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion, weatherproof, light colour, smooth, cloth finish.
- Food compliance according to FDA Standards, D.M. 21/03/73 and following amendments.
Safety factors
- ≥ 3 times working pressure.
Temperatures
- From -35°C to +90°C, depending on the fluids conveyed.
- Sterilization up to +130°C for max. 30 minutes.
Note
- The hose may also be supplied with coloured cover (blue, red, yellow, etc.), not suitable for contact with foodstuff.
Fitting
- By means of clamps, collars, crimping or other systems needed by the equipment manufacturers.
- We suggest you to use fittings with a stem free from sharp edges, in order to avoid affecting the inner tube.
