Rubber hose for tank trucks, designed to meet the operators’
requirements of utmost flexibility and food safety.
Suitable for conveying milk and other liquid foodstuffs (wine, fruit juice).
The improved lightweight structure facilitates repeated operations by
hand especially in loading/unloading areas.

Main benefits

  • The strict production process does not allow the use of products potentially harmful to health (risk classification R45, R46 or R49).
  • High flexibility, even at low temperature.
  • Good resistance to chemical cleaning products: it withstands commercial cleaning and disinfection processes, both inside and outside.
  • Hose in accordance with EC 1935/2004 and 2023/2006/EC (GMP).
  • The MTG production cycle is free from animal derived ingredients, phthalates, adipates and materials subject to restrictions acc. to EC 1907/2006 (REACH).
  • Non-plasticized hose.

Construcion

TUBE

  • NR/NBR rubber (code 198SL), white colour, odourless, tasteless, mirror-smooth.
  • Compliance: FDA Standards, BfR Recommendations (XXI cat. 2), and D.M. 21/03/73 and following amendments.

REINFORCEMENT

  • Plies of synthetic cord
  • Embedded steel helix wire.

COVER

  • Synthetic polymer, blue colour, abrasion, ozone and weather resistant, smooth, cloth finish.

Safety factors

≥ 3 times working pressure.

Temperatures

From -30°C to +85°C depending on the fluids conveyed.

The hose may be supplied in application lengths, assembled with any kind of couplings (CLAMP, DIN 11851, etc.).
