- The strict production process does not allow the use of products potentially harmful to health (risk classification R45, R46 or R49).
- High flexibility, even at low temperature.
- Good resistance to chemical cleaning products: it withstands commercial cleaning and disinfection processes, both inside and outside.
- Hose in accordance with EC 1935/2004 and 2023/2006/EC (GMP).
- The MTG production cycle is free from animal derived ingredients, phthalates, adipates and materials subject to restrictions acc. to EC 1907/2006 (REACH).
- Non-plasticized hose.
Construcion
TUBE
- NR/NBR rubber (code 198SL), white colour, odourless, tasteless, mirror-smooth.
- Compliance: FDA Standards, BfR Recommendations (XXI cat. 2), and D.M. 21/03/73 and following amendments.
REINFORCEMENT
- Plies of synthetic cord
- Embedded steel helix wire.
COVER
- Synthetic polymer, blue colour, abrasion, ozone and weather resistant, smooth, cloth finish.
Safety factors
≥ 3 times working pressure.
Temperatures
From -30°C to +85°C depending on the fluids conveyed.
Note
The hose may be supplied in application lengths, assembled with any kind of couplings (CLAMP, DIN 11851, etc.).
Sterilization
- Please refer to MTG Cleaning and Sterilization guidelines.
- For washing operations you should use non-oxidizing products.
