Rubber hose of latest generation for tank trucks, designed to meet the operators’ requirements of utmost flexibility and food safety during transport from farm to factory.
The special crush-proof structure makes the hose lightweight and easy to handle, thus facilitating the return to its original shape in case of incidental crushing.
The selected materials comply with the most stringent legal requirements concerning food quality. Therefore MTG EVOLUTION/CRUSH-PROOF provides an advanced technical solution for maintaining the original properties of milk and milk products.

- The strict production process does not allow the use of products potentially harmful to health (risk classification R45, R46 or R49).
- High flexibility, even at low temperatures.
- Good resistance to chemical cleaning products: it withstands commercial cleaning and disinfection processes, both inside and outside.
- Hose in accordance with EC 1935/2004 and 2023/2006/EC (GMP).
- The MTG production cycle is free from animal derived ingredients, phthalates, adipates and materials subject to restrictions acc. to EC 1907/2006 (REACH).
- Non-plasticized hose.
Construcion
TUBE
- NR/NBR rubber (code 198SL), light colour, odourless, tasteless, mirror-smooth.
- Compliance: FDA Standards, BfR Recommendations (XXI Cat. 2), D.M. 21/03/73 and following amendments.
REINFORCEMENT
- Plies of synthetic cord.
- Embedded synthetic helix wire.
COVER
- Synthetic polymer, blue colour, resistant to abrasion and weather, smooth, cloth finish.
Safety factors
- ≥ 3 times working pressure.
Temperatures
- From -30°C to +85°C depending on the fluids conveyed and on use.
Sterilization
- Please refer to the MTG Cleaning and Sterilization guidelines.
- For washing operations you should use non-oxidizing products.
Fitting
- The hose may be supplied in application lengths, assembled with any kind of couplings (CLAMP, DIN 11851, etc.).
