Compliance with food regulations

MTG food grade hoses are manufactured in accordance with key European regulations for food contact materials, including:

  • Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004
  • Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006

and meet major international standards such as:

  • FDA 21 CFR 177.2600
  • BfR recommendations
  • Italian Ministerial Decree 21/03/1973

Material safety

MTG hoses are designed to minimize contamination risks:

  • free from animal-derived ingredients, preventing cross-contamination (e.g. BSE-related risks)
  • phthalate-free
  • no plasticizers in the inner compound

According to the REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, all MTG food hoses are free from SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern).

High quality suction and delivery rubber hose, perfect for handling beverages such as wine, fruit juice, beer, drinking water and milk. Inner liner in EPDM rubber. High resistance to chemical cleaning and disinfection products used in food sanitation processes.

Flexible, light and easy to handle rubber hose for tank trucks, suitable for conveying milk and other liquid foodstuffs. High flexibility, even at low temperature. Good resistance to chemical cleaning products

IMPERIA/10
