    MAIN BENEFITS

    • The special wide-corrugated cover makes this hose flexible and easy to handle, especially by hand, thus ensuring a tight bending radius when needed.
    • The structure, totally free from plasticizers and animal derived ingredients, reduces the risk of bacterial growth and contamination of the product conveyed.
    • Hose in accordance with EC 1935/2004 and 2023/2006/EC (GMP). The MTG production cycle is free from animal derived ingredients, phthalates, adipates and materials subject to restrictions acc. to EC 1907/2006 (REACH).

    TEMPERATURE RANGE

    • From -20°C to +90°C.
    • Sterilization up to +130°C for max. 30 minutes.

    TUBE

    • NBR rubber (code NAB90), light colour, food quality, odourless and tasteless, mirror-smooth.
    • Compliance: 3A, FDA Standards, BfR recommendations, D.M. 21/03/73 and following amendments.

    REINFORCEMENT

    • Plies of synthetic cord.
    • Embedded steel helix wires.

    COVER

    • CR rubber, blue colour, wide corrugated, resistant to abrasion, ozone, weather; also it resists to the contact with animal and vegetable fats; cloth finish.

    SAFETY FACTOR

    • ≥ 3 times working pressure.
